Presenter: Robert J. Adams, MS. MD., is a Professor of Neuroscience and University Eminent Scholar, College of Medicine, Medical University of South Carolina, He is the Director of the South Carolina Center of Economic Excellence for Stroke and the Director of the MUSC Stroke Center.

Robert J. Adams, MD will lead a discussion on the "Diagnosis and Treatment of Stroke in South Carolina: An Application of Tele-Medicine".

Objectives:

At the completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
• Assess the process for accurate diagnosis of stroke and implement this process into your practice.
• Evaluate current recommendations on stroke treatment.
• Apply Tele-Medicine strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of stroke.
