With a Master’s Degree in Public Health, specialized in health services, policy, and management, Dom has had experience ranging from Workforce Development at SC DHEC to the provision of Professional Development for Community Health Workers at the Center for Community Health Alignment. Dom’s career endeavors always land him in a space where he can leverage knowledge, experience, and resources to provide more equitable opportunities for the state at large while also maintaining a thorough connection to his local community. Civic engagement doesn’t stop at the full-time vocational title for Dom; Within his full-time role as Executive Minister for his church, he leads a number of teams including the church outreach team. Outside of his full-time work, he is currently the Director of Programs for the SC Counts initiative and serves as a faith-based mentor for young adults in downtown Columbia.
