Marco Thomas
Marco S. Thomas is a Certified Community Health Worker, Lead CHW Mentor, and one of the training instructors at CHW Strength. Marco holds a BA degree in Sociology from Virginia State University (VSU) and a Master's in Nonprofit Studies from the University of Richmond. Marco is a survivor of gun violence and Police Injustice. With training in trauma healing and conflict resolution through Richmond Peace Education Center, Marco believes in a healing-centered approach when advocating for the people employed to help people
