Jennifer Desai RN, MSN
As the OB Outreach Educator of the Pee Dee Region, Jennifer provides obstetrics education, training, and consultation to hospitals throughout the 9 counties that make up the Pee Dee Region. Having found her passion in Women’s Services early in her career, Jennifer has 15 years’ of experience dedicated to this specialty in a variety of roles such as, staff nurse, supervisor, IT clinical lead, IT analyst for Women’s Services, Director of Labor and Delivery, to educating and mentoring in her current role. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Francis Marion University, and a Master’s in Executive Nursing from Chamberlain University. She holds a seat on the South Carolina Perinatal Association board and is an active member of the Birth Outcomes Initiative of South Carolina, working to improve outcomes for mothers and babies across our state and nation.
