Tim Smoak MS, BSN, LPC
Tim is currently the Director of Clinical Operations for the new Leatherman Behavioral Care Pavillon scheduled for opening in early Fall of 2025. Before that, Tim served as Associate Vice President of McLeod Behavioral Health since 2016 where he managed the day-to-day operations of a 23-bed acute inpatient behavioral health unit, located in Darlington, SC. He also serves as a system resource for behavioral health flow and treatment. Tim serves as a board member for Pee Dee Mental Health Center. Tim is a Certified Instructor for Nonviolent Crisis Prevention and Handle with Care, has received several prestigious awards for his work in the mental health field. He received the Palmetto Gold Nurse Recognition Award in 2011 and the McLeod Health Merit Award in 2013.
