Description
Social Workers, at any level of expertise, may be uncertain or unaware of how to navigate their professional development. They gain knowledge and skills in their academic programs but may lack continued supervision and support in the field. This webinar will describe ways for Social Workers to enhance their professional path and the quality of services they provide. Social workers will gain knowledge and skills to strengthen their professional growth and development to improve their quality of services and trajectory within their careers.
Objectives

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Explain how competence is essential to the professional development of the Social Worker's role.
  • Illustrate how to develop and implement a plan to improve competence within your practice.
