Description
Boundaries are a natural part of our personal and professional relationships. They can be varied and complex. Boundaries let us know when some behaviors are inappropriate in the context of certain relationships. This workshop goes beyond the basics of harassment training and examines appropriate interactions with others in the workplace.
Objectives

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the types of boundaries, characteristics, and origins.
  • Identify the types of boundary violations in the workplace.
  • Understand the impacts of unhealthy boundaries on the workplace.
  • Learn tips for maintaining healthy boundaries.
