- The South Carolina EMS Association and the SC Office for Healthcare Workforce conducted a survey of EMS agencies in the state to learn how the demand for EMS personnel is changing and whether or not the available supply is sufficient to meet employers' needs. Results indicate that some employers are experiencing high vacancy rates.
