Description
In this presentation, the presenters will be talking about what burnout, compassion fatigue and secondary trauma look like for CHWs, along with how a CHW can practice self-care to take care of themselves to avoid these from happening to them.

  • Learn to recognize signs of burnout, compassion fatigue, and secondary trauma in yourself and colleagues.
  • Explore the crucial roles of sleep hygiene, stress management, and purpose in building resilience.
  • Discover and apply effective self-care techniques tailored to your unique needs and challenges.
